  ¡֠Please note that the publication expenses for each journal should be paid by participants personally.
Requirement for Paper Publication
1. A regular single payment (USD 550) allows you to present two papers. If you are a student or students, you can present just one paper with a single payment (USD 250). You should pay additional USD 150 for each extra presentation.
2. If any author of a paper fails to pay the registration fee for presentation, or the paper is not presented at the conference, such paper will NOT be considered for the paper screening for the journal publication.

  VISA, Master, JCB cards are accepted. Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.
2. Bank Transfer
A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the conference registration form.
Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.
Please note that fee has to be transferred under the registrant¡¯s name and name must be stated on the receipt.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. You may also download the receipt at ¡°My Page¡± after logging into the online registration system.
* Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the secretariat.
Cancellations or changes of registration should be sent in writing to the Secretariat. Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy. All approval refunds will be issued after the conference.

Cancellation by August 19, 2011 : 50% of the paid amount
Cancellation after August 19, 2011 : No Refund
